Shipping Fee
$14 USD per order.
Processing Time
Each piece is hand-painted to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks for your artwork to be completed before it ships.
You’ll receive an artwork preview before shipping. If you’d like your piece to remain a surprise, please let us know when submitting your pet photo.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- US & Canada: 8–15 business days
- UK: 5–9 business days
- Other countries: 10–18 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local postal services, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to you by email when available.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
